The greatest asset that I bring to your business is experience. I have been to 14 different schools K-- University. I have had 25 different jobs over my 35 year career. A leader in business at the age of 17 which has caused me to access my work situation through a different lens all throughout my professional career. I have exceeded expectations in sales in the 80's, avoided a shutdown as a plant manager in the 90's, and subjected to a plant shutdown in 2011. I relate to Millennials as have been where many of them are going and have empathy with the challenges that they are facing post graduation. I can understand pain points, problems, and pressures presented in operating a business. I offer creative actionable solutions that can be implemented to help your business attract, engage, and retain Millennials.
