With so many ways in which to acquire the information necessary to make the best business decisions it only makes sense to utilize the best catalysts in order to be able to acquire it effectively.

Just because the most updated technology is available it still requires a skilled hand and a coordinated eye in order to acquire that which is desired. Who better to become involved with handling the changes than those that have been adapting and evolving all their lives–Millennials.

Work It Daily just conducted a Career Confidence Survey with young business professionals and almost half of the workforce responded that they are not getting the results they want in their careers.

Apparently the “catalysts” are not satisfied with the way in which they are being integrated into the company structure. No wonder they are not staying with the company long as they feel they are simply being us

According to the SHRM/Globoforce Recognition Survey values-based recognition programs HR professionals are nine times more likely to rate their program as excellent.

Millennials respond best to coaching and resist micromanaging as it diminishes their path to success as they lack clear definition of purpose. Millennials also question the value of meetings as they have learned to process information quickly and efficiently and prefer their feedback to be shared on a more personal basis.

To sum it all up the 20th Century traditional performance management which focused on the evaluation and the manager’s perspective is giving way to performance management innovation which primarily focuses on the employee’s strengths and growth potential.
